All this is seen by the eyes of advisors and CEO-s of different companies to create a colorful debate on what is new talent and what are the chances of talented units to come first in projects.
Transformation to a Circular Economy will be another topic that will be discussed and shared with the public. Everything is connected nowadays and markets are becoming one. Construction is the field that contributes more in the United Arab Economy and the evolution of Dubai is obvious throughout the years. But the most important aspect is that construction is connected with communication, online presence to be more close with the client. This adding the spread of money and the way investments impact several parts of the economy at the same time will clarify the concept of circular economy and ROI you get by investing on Construction.
Future Proofing Business Growth is not only a meeting slogan or something from you can add some empty down. All the contrary, construction business not only is the first most profitable occupation in Dubai and UAE, but creates millestones of commercial buildings that are the engine of trade in Dubai and UAE.

Advancing net zero in the construction industry is one the main objectives of the companies working in the region. The policies are changing inside and outside a certain corporate and the way a company implement ESG is very important for the position that will keep with different actors in the market. Sharing ideas and views to make difficult choices sometimes will wake up even the outside curiosity, but surely will be fruitful for the organizations organizing the debate.
Acceleration change through scaling up solutions and collaboration can be translated as the concrete benefit that organizations will take and absorb from the debate. Which are the ways to develop partnerships that share the same company goals and secure high incomes? Time discussion for this theme will answer this question with realistic ideas that can lead to possible collaborations and provide positive solutions for the industry actors.

Zero waste and increasing the use of substitute materials is more than a problem, is a way of doing business. Different companies obtain different policies on the first fuel and the materials used for construction. Sharing experiences helps cure the problem but of course equips each one of the representatives with new, fresh information about best practices.
Reporting on ESG metrics and construction industry will be a good time to learn from each business the insights that make them successful in the market. Each company has its own specifications that can serve as good examples of work organizing and tactic implementations can be exchanged.
